Learn how to get clarity, dream big, or make meaningful choices

Jason Tilley creativity coaching with a room of people. There is a screen with numbers on it next to him. The numbers show all the ways you can get to 10.

Our masterclasses teach you to facilitate workshops that bring creativity, clarity, and deliver actionable results. We offer three masterclasses:

Align

Good for goal-setting, organizational mission, and clarity around initiatives.

Align is a strategic tool that will guide your team in defining your project’s ‘North Star’ and prioritize the needs of all your stakeholders, saving you time and money.

Many teams fail to align at the beginning of a project, only to discover this misalignment weeks or months later, leading to relationship tension and costly redevelopment work.

When you use the Align Workshop tools, you will help your team sync around the “why,” “what,” and “how” of your endeavor. That alignment brings clarity and excitement to your project.

Create

Good for moving an idea to something tangible and actionable.

Create helps your team learn to think broadly, discover new ideas and idea combinations, and capture every voice in the room so that the best—and most actionable—ideas emerge.

Unstructured brainstorming sessions can be chaotic. Often, only the loudest voices are heard, and the team fails to capture the best ideas.

We will teach you to lead your team through a process that captures all the ideas from the team, applies them to your constraints, and then pushes each idea to be the best it can be.

Discern

Good for evaluating existing products and programs.

Discern helps teams identify what is working and not working, as well as identifying the most effective solution to try.

Too often, a project or program may “feel” off, but no one on the team knows what to fix, much less how to fix it. Maybe the project will be successful, and you could expand or apply it in other areas.

Learning to lead the Discern workshop helps you facilitate a valuable discussion around your products and programs, leading you to new, actionable ideas.
